Bernalillo County charged the company for operating without a license, a charge which has since been dropped because the company left its location.

In India, IndiaOil has signed a memorandum of understanding with the government’s Department of Biotechnology to set up a Centre for Advanced Research on Bioenergy that will develop second and third generation biofuels at a cost of $11.6 million over the next five years.
