In Germany, the industrial ethanol facility in Heilbronn formerly owned by Brüggemann is getting ready to re-start production. The company outsourced the plant’s operations to Royal Nedalco as part of a joint venture deal about 10 years ago. Royal Nedalco also operates alcohol plants in the Netherlands and the UK.
