In Georgia, Southwest Georgia LLC, a subsidiary of FUEL who had recently received notice of default on its $14.8 million loans and lines of credit from WestLB, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Indian Railways plans $263M investment in four biodiesel plants
