D1 Oils sells biodiesel plant to Black Pearl for $4.1M

In the UK, D1 Oils has sold its 100,000 metric ton per year biodiesel processing facility in Bromborough for $4.1 million to Black Pearl Capital Partners. The sale took place earlier in the year but was part of D1’s stock market statement. More on the story.

In Louisiana, Aquatic Energy announced that two senior energy executives, C. Maury Devine and Robert Zulandi, have joined its Board of Directors. In Ohio, Mike Bishop is the new general manager at POET Biorefining – Fostoria. In California, SG Biofuels named Miguel Motta as vice president of marketing and strategy.
