Will that technology be built, is it actionable? Within those questions are issues such as methods, supplies, residues, impacts, and tools team training and time. These are the factors that drive the traditional measures for deciding to take actions — costs, competitive edge, benign impact and high prospects for success. It is all one dynamic wheel that you must master in order to succeed, and seek first to understand.
