In Nebraska, the USDA Rural Development 2013 payouts have been announced, totaling $3,374,309 and supporting four key Nebraska producers. Ag Processing Inc received the bulk of the money, over $3.3 million, as it produces biodiesel at its facilities in Sergeant Bluffs, Algona, Iowa, and St. Joseph, Missouri. Cornhusker Energy Lexington, Chief Ethanol Fuel, and KAAPA Ethanol were also beneficiaries.
