In Washington, Iowa Starting Line reports that Senator Joni Ernst has said she will tell President Trump to drop the administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency if he doesn’t hold up the promise to ensure 15 billion gallons of ethanol blending this year as promised by the president. She said that in a meeting on Tuesday of this week with the president’s economic advisor he assured her there would be 15 billion gallons blended this year.
