In Canada, Biox CEO William Johnson has resigned effective immediately to pursue other opportunities closer to his family in the United States, the company announced Tuesday. Chief operating officer Kevin Norton, a co-founder of Biox who has served as the company’s COO since its inception, has been appointed acting CEO.
