Ethanol mandates "spreading like wildfire," says sugar exec

In the Philippines, the International Sugar Organization’s Executive Director says that ethanol-blending mandates are ‘spreading like bushfires and this is irreversible’,  a trend he sees as capping sugar production especially in countries such as India, Thailand and Brazil.
