Argentine family farm to produce biodiesel for its own fleet

In Argentina, Clarín newspaper reports that Las Chilcas is a family agricultural business and over the years it has diversified and incorporated added value. And now, it will build a plant to produce biodiesel with the aim of supplying its own fleet with biofuel. It is from the initiative of the Government of Córdoba to promote the construction of 20 new biodiesel plants in the province that will produce this biofuel.

The agreement with the Province signed by the companies is based on the conditions stipulated by the 100% Biodiesel Self-consumption Program (BioCBA), whose purpose is to diversify the energy matrix.
