In India, MENA FN reports that India plans to launch a global biofuel alliance next month when it hosts the Energy Ministerial Meeting. Currently holding the G20 presidency, India seeks to use the alliance to boost the implementation of biofuel products and deployment of biofuel technology. The International Energy Agency supports the initiative. In order bridge the current gap, India’s energy minister says collaboration is required urgently, which he hopes the new alliance will bring.
