In Iowa, the Gazette newspaper reports that an administrative law judge recently ruled that Summit Carbon Solutions should share the details of its deals with ethanol plants to Iowa Farm Bureau Federation and the Sierra Club of Iowa as those terms weigh heavily on whether the required permits will be approved or not. The organizations have been trying to get the contracts for more than a year but so far have only received redacted versions. SCS says the details of the contracts are not pertinent to the permitting process.
