In Iowa, the Renewable Energy Group IPO is scheduled to price tomorrow, with a price range of $13-$15 and total proceeds of up to $120 million. At a mid-point range of $14 per share, the company will have a market capitalization of $400 million.
If successful, the company’s IPO will be the sixth successful IPO in a wave of filings that began with Codexis, and includes Solazyme, Amyris, KiOR and Gevo.
The company’s shares will thereafter begin to trade under the REGI symbol on the NASDAQ exchange.
