In Washington, the Energy Information Administration reports ethanol production fell to an average of 965,000 barrels a day last week as seasonal maintenance continues, but in line with the same volumes during this period last year. As a result, stocks fell to an 18-week low of 24.2 million barrels. As a result of lower production and tighter supplies, crush margins have increase significantly for producers, accordig to the latest data from Iowa State University’s Center for Agricultural and Rural Development.
