Soybean harvest ends in Argentina, with overall production reaching 50.3 million tons

In Argentina, Reuters reported that the Buenos Aires Grain Exchange noted that the 2024/25 soybean harvest in Argentina ended in recent days with a final production of 50.3 million tons, 100,000 tons more than the previous season.

Regarding the 2024/25 corn harvest, the entity highlighted that harvesting efforts in the country progressed well thanks to mostly dry conditions, bringing the harvest to 61.7% of the total planted area.

Corn production is projected to reach 49 million tons, the exchange said.
