In Minnesota, Minnesota Municipal Power Agency who are developing a $30 million biofuel plant in Le Sueur have been granted an exemption by state the state’s Pollution Control Agency’s Citizen’s Board from having to provide an environmental impact statement. Air and disposal system permits will still be required, however.
