In Italy, Algasol will be collaborating with industrial equipment provider GIAN.MAI srl for floating PhotoBioReactor (PBR) technology as they create a 4000m2 pilot facility. The project will later scale to 20 hectares and will recover CO2 from industrial smoke stacks, perform wastewater treatment, and utilize algae biomass for various applications.
