In Argentina, La Nacion newspaper reports Bahía Energía Group will invest approximately $200 million in the first bioethanol plant in Buenos Aires and the first Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) plant in the country. The project will be carried out through its company Biosanfe, which will install an industrial complex for the production of biofuels (ethanol, SAF and biomethanol) from corn. The projection is to generate 600 jobs for construction and approximately 180 qualified positions afterwards.
