In California, Biodico will build a biorefinery for the Navy at its Ventura County base that will produce biofuels and bioenergy at a price competitive with unsubsidized prices. Construction of the facility will be partially funded by the California Energy Commission, and Biodico says the project will also support the commercial biofuels market.
