Activity shifts in DC from legislature to courts and regulators. The Farm Bill was a big win in the legislature and this 10th Circuit Court ruling on waivers was a big win in the courts, the battle continues to be very uncertain with the regulators, this week there was good news on waivers – the Administration won’t pursue this ruling further. But it remains a tense battle between Oklahoma and Iowa, if you will.
