We’ve said it a hundreds times, in renewables, unless you have your Values on the first page when you are introducing your organization to someone for the first time, you’ll spend the rest of your life competing on price in commodity markets and losing. Values drive habits, habits drive actions, actions change the world. So if you want to change the world, start with Values. I can think of three companies that do this, and collectively in the past 6 years they have increased their market valuations by more than 2 billion dollars.
