In Canada, the Bioenterprise Corporation has been awarded up to CAD$2.5 million over the next five years for the national expansion of their services from the Canadian government’s Accelerator and Incubator Program (CAIP). “The financial support provided by the Government of Canada through CAIP will allow us to provide commercialization services across Canada to entrepreneurs and companies engaged in agriculture, food and bioeconomy initiatives,” said Dave Smardon, President & CEO, Bioenterprise Corporation.
