The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, gained 1.67 percent to 79.81 as ethanol equities rallied anew. For the day, The Andersons (ANDE) rose 3.50 percent to $59.11, while Biofuel Energy (BIOF) rose 7.69 percent to $5.74. Among other equities, Neste Oil (NTOIF) surged 4.06 percent to $20.96. Overall, advances led declines 2 to 1 for the day.
