The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, dropped 0.79 percent to 62.86 as Gevo dragged. For the day, Gevo (GEVO) plunged 22.46 percent to $6.80 on plans to raise $100 million, while Renewable Energy Group (REGI) dropped 5.10 percent to $6.33. Among other equities, Monsanto (MON) jumped 3.88 percent to $80.89. Overall, declines and advances were even for the day.
