The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, rebounded 2.44 percent to 77.57 as ethanol equities advanced. For the day, Green Plains Renewable Energy (GPRE) climbed 4.31 percent to $29.02, while Amyris (AMRS) jumped 5.68 percent to $3.35. Among other equities, Codexis (CDXS) rose 6.63 percent to $1.77. Overall, advances led declines 13 to 3 or the day.
