The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, soared 3.07 percent to 63.81 as biofuels broadly rallied. For the day, Renewable Energy Group (REGI) jumped 16.82 percent to $7,43, while Amyris (AMRS) rocketed up 9.65 percent to $4.43. Among other equities, Verenium (VRNM) slumped 3.10 percent to $3.13. Overall, advances led declines 5 to 1 for the day.
