In the UK, Celtic Renewables is gearing up for its next crowdfunding campaign on Crowdcube. Since its last crowdfunding campaign, it achieved significant milestones: A 3-year offtake agreement has been signed with a major distributor for a guaranteed minimum quantity of green chemicals at fixed prices per ton worth between £2-3 million p.a, demonstrating industry demand for our sustainable chemicals.
Its Caledon Green plant is now aiming to optimize production towards 850 tons p.a. capacity.
Based on projections for future production facilities, its green chemicals are estimated to offer a 70% reduction in carbon emissions compared to petrochemical alternatives.
