In Washington, the Federal Register by the Regulatory Information Service Center has released a notice that says the Environmental Protection Agency will release its proposed rulemaking for the blending mandate for the 2017 by June 2016 with the final figures set for release in December 2017. At that time, the 2018 renewable volume obligations for biomass-based diesel will also be included. The Environmental Protection Agency already began working on the 2017 RVO proposals in August.
