In Denmark, Everfuel announced the opening of the hydrogen refueling station at the Frankfurt municipal bus company In-der-City-Bus’ (ICB) bus depot in Germany.
The depot station is owned by the bus operator ICB and will service 23 zero emission fuel cell buses used for daily city and municipal public transportation, the company said.
Everfuel developed and constructed the refueling station and will supply hydrogen to ICB on a minimum three-year contract. The hydrogen will be delivered by Everfuel’s hydrogen trailers.
“The opening is an important step in Everfuel’s ambition to make hydrogen available for heavy-duty mobility fleets starting in Germany,” said Lars Jakobsen, Sales Director of Everfuel.
