In the UK, Formula E and DHL said they have transported its teams’ and championship freight from Berlin to Shanghai using DHL’s GoGreen Plus service, leveraging the use of SAF for air freight between the two cities. Approximately 257 tons of freight have been transported using SAF between the two cities, reducing greenhouse gas emissions by at least 80% when compared to kerosene aviation fuel.
