In Japan, the Japan Organization for Metals and Energy Security (JOGMEC) and the H2Global Foundation (H2Global) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to initiate cooperation in the field of clean hydrogen. JOGMEC has been actively supporting hydrogen production and utilization since the revision of the JOGMEC Act in 2022. “Together, JOGMEC and H2Global aim to contribute to the emergence of a clean hydrogen society by navigating regulatory frameworks, promoting clean hydrogen market development, advancing technology solutions, and establishing resilient supply chains. The MoU represents a European-Japanese partnership in which both organizations aim to contribute to the global transition to a clean hydrogen society,” said JOGMEC.
