In South Korea, The Asset reports that Singapore-headquartered fund manager Hillhouse Investment has purchased South Korean biodiesel maker SK Eco Prime from Hahn & Company. Hahn & Company bought the SK Chemical biodiesel unit less than four years ago for around $340 million and created SK Eco Prime before had purchasing the biodiesel raw material manufacturer DH Bio to combine into the company. Both Hahn & Company and Hillhouse Investment are Asian private equity companies.
