In Egypt, Asharq Al Awsat reported that Hydrogen Egypt is studying to expand its operations to Saudi Arabia next year.
Khaled Naguib, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hydrogen Egypt, said that the company was studying a potential expansion in the Saudi market, which he sees as “exceptionally promising for hydrogen, particularly in the context of supplying clean energy to the growing Asian market.”
Hydrogen Egypt aims to establish its presence in Saudi Arabia, in the first half of next year, according to the report.
The executive noted that Saudi Arabia has a strong potential for the production and distribution of green hydrogen.
