Indonesia taking steps to prepare for B50

In Indonesia, the government continues to make efforts to ensure the availability of energy and easy public access to energy, including B50 biodiesel energy at affordable prices but still paying attention to environmental protection.

The challenge for developing B50 biodiesel in the future is not only in fulfilling raw materials from CPO but in the downstream aspect, special efforts are also needed in terms of increasing factory installed capacity, including increasing factory production efficiency by up to 90%.

There is a need for innovation and technology in adjusting B50 specifications, adjusting biodiesel incentives and introducing new technology, as well as communication strategies and legal aspects which his party is working on and strengthening.
