In India, Manufacturing Today reported that JSW Infrastructure is considering the establishment of green hydrogen and ammonia production facilities at the ports to venture into the new and growing green energy market. The firm’s joint managing director Arun Maheshwari stressed that the company is looking at possibilities in this new market and has been contacted by other companies. The executive did not provide information about the timeline for these projects. The Ministry of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways (MoPSW) has planned Kandla, Paradip, and Tuticorin ports for future green hydrogen, according to the report.
