In Massachusetts, the Hatfield-based Co-op Power Energy Cooperative need to raise just $850,000 more by June 1 in order to reach a construction bid deadline that will see the $4.2 million Northeast Biodiesel factory finally be completed. So far about 2/3 of the construction has been done but the project 10 years in the making needs to get over the last hurdle.
