#10 Just in time for holiday shopping: A bright green bioplastic hand gesture

In Italy, quirky product firm Superstuff.it has launched a Kickstarter for a life-size, 3-D printed hand fashioned into a commonly used hand gesture in the region.

Called “Made in Italy,” the bright green hand shaped as the “most iconic hand gesture in the world” is made from renewable polylactic acid. According to 3Dprintmedia.net, the gesture can mean a number of things, including “what do you want” and “get outta here.”

In the unlikely event someone would want to dispose of such a useful product, the hand would decompose in 50 days in composting conditions of 65°C and 95% humidity.
