In the UK, P-Fuel and Appley Bridge Biomass Energy Limited will formalize a lease agreement at an industrial park at Appley Bridge near Wigan to build the first plastics-to-fuel plant. The company says the technology provides an alterative to food crop-based biofuels. P-Fuel is apparently analyzing potential other sites for plants around the world.
