#4 Toyota makes some serious upgrades to second gen Mirai, 30% increase in range

In Japan, Toyota has announced that it will present its second-generation Mirai at the 2019 Tokyo Motor Show, and its totally redesigned Mirai offers up to a thirty percent increase in range alongside additional improvements in acceleration, performance, and design. Toyota’s Chief Engineer noted that he wanted customers to say “I chose the Mirai because I simply wanted this car, and it just happens to be a FCEV.” The interior now has a sleeker, more elegant design than the first generation.
