Whether it is plants for food or plants for biobased products or fermentation for food, one thing is clear: we need to look at all potential solutions for today’s global problems. One technology or one feedstock or one approach won’t fix everything, but an array of solutions will help tackle today’s problems. It’s like having only one superhero trying to save the entire world when you can have a team of them trying to save the world. After all, it wasn’t one thing that caused all our problems, so why would one solution be the answer?
