In the UK, with ICE gasoil futures at an all-time low of $296.50 per ton last week, biodiesel buyers are reluctant to pay a higher premium which has in turn pushed down RED FAME 0 prices to a one-year low of $765 per metric ton. The premium is creeping back towards the all-time high of $475/ton seen on Dec. 31. Prices are likely to remain low, reflecting lack of demand for the summer blend, until Q2.
