In Oregon, SeQuential Pacific Biofuels is boosting its production capacity by 20% this year to take advantage of the state’ new clean fuels law. The company produces biodiesel at its facility in Salem from used cooking oil collected from Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, and Montana.
