#10 Lactips’ milk-based thermoplastic begins pilot distribution

In France and the Nordic Countries, IMCD Group has begun distributing Lactips’ milk protein-based thermoplastic pellets. Lactips’ proteins are water-soluble, 100% biobased and fully biodegradable. France and the Nordics are the first regions the products are available for sale.

“We were looking for a leading distributor with a well-established footprint across Europe, strong technical sales expertise and a sustainable approach, IMCD meets all those criteria,” Pascal Chabance, Head of Business Development and Sales at Lactips, says. “We are starting with two pilot countries with a potential extension the rest of Europe.”
