In New York state, Tate & Lyle has won a state supreme court case related to equipment and technologies supplied by Whitefox Technologies which T&L claims were not fit for purpose for its ethanol plants in Iowa and Tennessee. The court is expected to award about $15.6 million to the Tate & Lyle.
