The Digest Bioeconomy Index, an index of publicly traded advanced bioeconomy stocks, gained 1.63 percent to 52.99 as large caps rallied. For the day, Solazyme (SZYM) rebounded 6.15 percent to $2.76, while Abengoa (ABGB) surged 10.27 percent to $5.26. Among other equities, Gevo (GEVO) gained 5.21 percent to $2.02. Overall, advances led declines 7 to 2 for the day.
