Inspirations: That despite the negative effects of government interference, regulation, and incompetence about 10% of the projects may make economic sense to survive. Remember that what does not pay never happens.
Challenges: Faulty analysis of the technology in the early stages and the rush to fund from any source before rigorous experimentation and analysis can be achieved. The net effect is loss of confidence in the innovation process and the flow of funds to one move new AP vs. sound projects.
