Then:  Got called up from the minors and joined a big pharma. co .  Was finding my place in an early mgmt position.

Now: Survived all those years in Pharma,  but towards the end got fascinated by potential of biofuels.   So I founded a company and got started.

Inspirations: We can put an end to Big Oil if we plan and execute properly.

Challenges: Oil price uncertainty causes every potential investor to hesitate.
