Then:  I was at our old location in Brewster New York working market research projects. One was for a biodiesel company in Houston. We were evaluating oleochemical expansion opportunities for them. Also was busy on some work for a large firm in India.

Now: Today I happened to issue a long term price forecast for a range of vegetable oil products.

Inspirations: I love the idea of the proliferation of energy sources, especially where departing from the grid becomes a realistic option.

Challenges:  Achieving yield rates that deliver the promise.
