Then: I was with BP Energy Financial Services and we were looking at commercial arrangements with conventional ethanol facilities in order to help them finance their projects.

NowI am leading BDO’s Energy and Cleantech restructuring practice, working with companies affected by the downturn in energy prices.

Inspirations: The entrepreneurial spirit and the fact that the landscape is continually changing – never a dull moment.

Challenges:  The lack of consistency and stability of government regulations (such as the RFS).
