In Mexico, the state of Veracruz is opening its first biofuel fueling station in an unidentified location, with others planned to follow in Jalapa, Tierra Blanca, Tres Valles, Cosamaloapan and Alvarado. Ethanol retail prices have remained 3 cents per liter below that of gasoline, so the government is looking to offer more ethanol.
